At Cowaymega, we want you to be completely satisfied with your air and water purity solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
